Ford has introduced an all-new inflatable airbag design in the 2015 Ford Mustang. The system offers passenger knee airbag protection while significantly reducing the system's size and weight, allowing for a roomier interior. This is accomplished by having the airbag system packaged inside the glove box door. This type of innovation has allowed the 2015 Ford Mustang to feature twice as many airbags as the outgoing model!
